Gabriel Torggler (1990) holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from FAAP (2012) and uses drawing as the main language in his practice, taking inspiration from the urban environment, its characters, and graphic elements.

He has participated in exhibitions such as Festival Internacional Videobrasil at Sesc Pompéia (2013/2014); Prêmio EDP nas Artes at Instituto Tomie Ohtake (2015); 48º Salão Luiz Sacilotto (2020); Temporada de Projeto at Paço das Artes (2021); Serviço Irregular at FUNARTE (2023); and Bienal de Cerveira – Portugal (2024). Recently, he was awarded a residency grant from FAAP for a stay at Cité des Arts de Paris.

Fan 00 (2025) is the first work in the Ventiladores series. Using automotive paint and oil, the works in this series start from the image of blades entering the pictorial space. Although they all feature these figures, each canvas has a different combination of colors and hues.
