The Ethiopians (2024) pays tribute to the iconic Jamaican band of the same name, which left its mark on reggae and ska, rocksteady with messages of resistance and spirituality. The work reinterprets that musical energy in a vibrant composition where yellow horizontal stripes interact with circles in shades of red, green, and yellow—colors associated with Rastafarian culture and the African diaspora.
