HOW THE AUCTION WORKS
The 2025 edition of the Pivô Annual Auction will be held in partnership with the iArremate platform.
On the website leilaoanualpivo.org.br, you can find the complete list of lots, images of the works, and information about the artists.
To participate in the auction, simply follow the navigation instructions. By clicking on the “place your bid” link, you will be automatically redirected to the iArremate website. If you do not yet have a login on the platform, you will need to register.
After completing your registration, you will be able to place bids on selected artworks, as well as set up “automatic bids”. The bid increment value may vary. If your bid is outbid before the auction day, you will be notified by email and can return to the virtual auction to place a new bid.
ONLINE AUCTION
The online auction will take place on December 6, starting at 4 p.m. To participate, go to the Pivô Annual Auction page on the iArremate website and click on “join the live auction.”
The auctioneer will present the lots individually, starting with lot no. 1 and proceeding to the final lot. As each lot is brought up for bidding, participants will be notified on their screen about which lot will be auctioned next.
Once the time set by the auctioneer expires without any new bids, the user who placed the last bid will be declared the winning bidder.
The updated value of each artwork (starting bid, including any bids already placed) will be shown in the “current value” field on the iArremate platform.
To place an early bid, click on “Bid” and enter your bid amount (note that you must be logged in to validate your bid). Early bids may be in the amounts of R$100, R$250, R$500, or R$1,000. If your bid is outbid before the day of the online auction, you will receive an automatic email from the system notifying you of the covering bid, and you may return to the site to place a new one.
You may register programmed bids using the “Automatic Bid” button available on each artwork’s page. Enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay for the lot, and the iArremate system will automatically keep your bid in the lead, starting from the minimum valid bid for the chosen artwork. If your bid is outbid, you will receive an automatic email from the system notifying you of the covering bid, and you may return to the site to increase your limit.
